Worldwide ERC was founded in 1964 under the name “Employee Relocation Real Estate Advisory Council” to help with the mobility “[…] needs of a nation…” During that year they only had six members. But thanks to their commitment, hard work and strong values, they’ve grown to have 10,000 service industry members.

Now, they still want to help resolve the needs of the country in mobility matters. But to do this, they also want to educate, inform and encourage networking among mobility professionals. So they all can improve in their work and understand their industry and its issues better. To achieve that, they have a “Three-year Strategic Plan”, which has as its base three main values/steps: engage, inspire and educate.

They also offer educational tools for you to prepare to be a better professional. They have their very own learning portal. If you get the Premium subscription, you could get access to sessions about Worldwide ERC events and webinars from two years ago. This certification says that you have “[…] a broad understanding of managing employee mobility…” You can get it through your work experience and by studying and later taking an exam.
