The European Relocation Association (EuRA) is a non-profit organization that gives support and educates global mobility and relocation professionals.
Just read their mission, which is “[…] to be the benchmark for education, innovation and best practice in the most sustainable way possible…” As well as to empower their “[…] members to achieve their full potential and become leaders within the Global Mobility industry”.
How do they achieve that? Thanks to their council called “The Executive Group”, which is composed of nine people. There’s a President and a Vice-President that last one year.
But if the council decides it they can last two years. The members of the council last two years in their job positions and they are there to represent their local region.
This way there are different perspectives from different places to help bring the best solution to any national problem that may present.
They also offer the “Global Quality Seal Plus”. It is “[…] the world’s first accreditation programme for relocation providers…” It is targeted to their members, and it shows that they’re well-prepared and excel in the relocation business.

Then, she founded KMS Consult and still is the owner to this day. She’s also Senior Lead Auditor at DQS GmbH and has been for 27 years. As if that weren’t enough, she’s also EuRA’s Strategic Consultant for the EuRA Global Quality Seal and has been for sixteen years!
On LinkedIn, she states some of her specialties are quality management, human resource management, training, and more.
