Perspectives on Mobility: Promote Wellbeing to Ensure Success Conference

Human Resources entrepreneurs, founders, bosses, and even employees are constantly looking to grow up in their industry. Conferences are a great way to help you achieve that because they present the most up-to-date information about the area you work in. You learn from the greatest professionals and hear what’s changing in your industry. This will help you maintain a productive, happy team while growing your business.

That’s why the North Texas Relocation Professionals’ “Perspectives on Mobility: Promote Wellbeing to Ensure Success” conference will be perfect for you. Especially if you work in Human Resources and Global Mobility, and want to learn more about how to achieve success in your business.

North Texas Relocation Professionals

North Texas Relocation Professionals (NTRP) was created from a fusion of the North Texas Relocation Council and the Dallas Relocation Professionals in order to create a larger organization to help the mobile industry. The NTRP is a forum committed to providing education about the relocation industry. It also works as a networking forum for people that work in Human Resources, relocation, and real estate.

They host events throughout the year about different relocation topics, so they can help professionals keep learning about this industry.

They also care about their community and offer scholarships for kids that have been relocated. Check out their scholarships page for more information on application requirements.

NTRP has the annual Saul Gresky Award, granted to one of the NTRP members with positive contributions to the relocation industry. These awards were originally created by the Tarrant County Relocation Council (TCRC) in 1995. Saul Gresky of the Tandy Corporation and a TCRC was the first person that received the award.

You can become a member of NTRP! You are welcome if you’re a corporate relocation professional, a relocation management company, a consultant, work in lending and finance, and more. Being a member will allow you to attend the NTRP networking meetings, where you’ll meet human resources, relocation, and real estate professionals. There are three different membership levels, so you can choose the best for you.

There is also space for sponsors, with perks like being announced as a sponsor during the NTRP meetings, being listed as a sponsor on all print materials, and your logo, link, and company description included on the NTRP website.

But another great way to improve your teamwork is with language classes. Let’s be honest, language skills are especially necessary for the Human Resources and Relocation industry.

Languages will give you and your employees better communication skills to reach international markets. You will also keep your foreign clients more satisfied if you speak in their native language. Maybe you’ve already thought about this. Maybe you already know which language would help your company achieve new levels of success. But you don’t know where to start. That’s why we’re here!

Fluency Corp offers corporate language training for your company. All programs are customized to the job or your company’s needs. So, you and your employees will learn useful vocabulary for everyday life at the office. You’ll specifically improve speaking skills, as our focus is on fluency. We achieve that thanks to our Bellieu Method.

We know that every employee and company has different routines and that’s why our program can be online or onsite, whatever works best for you. And we have different schedules to choose from.

We’d love to talk with you more about how language training can help your company thrive in an international environment.
