Especially if you add it to the pile of other stuff you need to catch up with. After all, it’s an industry that’s always changing and adding new ways of working and dealing with relocation issues.

Relax. Worldwide ERC is offering a webinar about everything you need to know about the broker market for relocation purposes. So, you won’t have to do huge research on your own, just listen to the experts talk. That’s always a helpful and interesting way of learning.

About Worldwide ERC

Worldwide ERC is “the premier trade association for talent management and global mobility knowledge”. They were born in 1964 as the “Employee Relocation Real Estate Advisory Council” and had only 6 members. That has changed with time; now, they have thousands and thousands of members and partners.

They know the mobility industry very well, with its benefits and challenges. That’s why they wish to educate about this business, encourage networking and help professionals grow even more. Their ultimate goal is to shape “the future of a dynamic, innovative and growing mobility community”.

To help their mission of educating and informing, they share the latest news about the industry, they even have a minute and a magazine. They also hold different relocation events throughout the year with experts invited to talk about a specific topic.

Worldwide ERC also offers a learning portal! You can get a membership to get access to different learning resources. Or you can get a premium subscription. With it, you’ll get all the resources members do, plus access to webinars and conferences even from two years ago.

The webinars they offer are very varied. In their learning portal, there are also courses, so you can learn new skills and know how to apply them in real life.

To become a member, you must choose one of their different memberships. There’s the Professional/Personal (PERC™) Membership. This option is perfect for you if you want to be a member but your company chose another employee to have the Worldwide ERC membership.

There’s also the Corporate Premier Membership, which is for people who work in the “HR departments of corporations, government and military “.

Finally, there are the Service Provider Memberships for “companies that want to market their services within the workforce mobility industry”. You choose which service provider membership you want based on your companies’ profile.

All memberships receive different benefits. Some that they share are access to the mobility magazine and the opportunity to see the online directory. As well as some resources from the learning portal and discounts for events. But there are many other great benefits!
