NJRC Fall 2022 Conference

Working in Human Resources and global mobility means having to update your knowledge about this industry constantly. Especially since the pandemic happened, as it was an event that changed the way of working and interacting with others. Plus, the world keeps getting more and more modernized, so the relocation industry must do the same.

The New Jersey Relocation Council is very aware of the changes that the relocation business has and still is facing. That’s why they’re hosting the NJRC Fall 2022 Conference. Where you’ll get to learn about many important topics about the relocation industry of today. And you’ll also be able to connect with fellow coworkers.

About the New Jersey Relocation Council

The New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC) is an organization that focuses on informing and educating professionals about the relocation industry. They also encourage social interaction as they know it’s important to create a good network of professionals, so they can all help each other. They achieve all of this through the events they have throughout the year, where they have panels of professionals discussing ideas.

They also care about their community. That’s why they have the New Jersey Relocation Community Outreach Program. Its mission of it is to encourage and inspire its community to better the world through charity. And, as they put it, their vision “is to bring awareness and opportunities to charitable organizations to educate and inspire our membership.” Through the program, they’ve donated to different charitable foundations. Their members and sponsors are a big part of the program since thanks to them they’ve been able to organize fundraisers.

They also have an NJRC Scholarship Program. It consists of giving a scholarship to college-bound seniors who have been relocated during high school. Some of the requisites are to have relocated at least 50 miles and have a GPA minimum of 3.0.

You can also become a member! There are two membership options for you to choose the one that fits your profile the best. There’s the corporate membership, which lasts one year and it’s free. Then they have a service providers membership, which lasts one year and costs $300 (USD). Of course, as a member, you’ll get some benefits, like having access to a discussion forum.

You can also choose to be a sponsor. There are different sponsorship options with different prices and benefits. Like the “Silver Level”, which costs $250/conference and one of the benefits is that they recognize your organization as a sponsor during the Opening Session. Or the “Night-Before Sponsor”, which costs $1000, with just one of the benefits being a social media shout-out. You can apply to be a sponsor here.
