The agenda is already planned!

From 7:15 AM to 8:15 AM, there will be the session “Why Ted Lasso’s Feminine/Masculine Leadership Matters”. Then it’s time for breakfast from 8:15 AM to 9:00 AM.

After that well deserved morning meal, comes the Morning Keynote called “Master Your Course: The Ninja Warrior Experience” from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM. Then, there will be a 15-minute break.

Then, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, there will be various talks with different topics that belong to different categories to choose from. The topics are “The Culture Quotient”. “The Connection Between Hidden Differences and Team Culture”. “Copyright Ethics in the Age of AI”, and “Maximizing the Hidden Talent in Your Company”.

The categories these talks fall into are “Power Skills for HR Leaders”, “HR Essentials: Mastering the Fundamentals”, “Legal and Ethical Practices for Future Workplace” and “HR Solutions for the Future”.

All are very important. You can choose which one to attend based on what you think your company needs more of. Or based on what you need to learn more about or are more interested in.

Now, it’s time for lunch! Good news: It’ll last from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. One whole hour of a delicious meal!

After it, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, there will be more talks to choose from. These also fall into the same categories mentioned above but have different topics/titles.

There’s the “Play Your Way to Resilience: A Novel Approach to Self-Awareness for the HR Professional”. The “The 6 Keys to Inclusive Leadership”. The “Colorado’s New POWR Act”. Or the “The Hiring Tree: Laws of Applicant Attraction”.

Then, there’s 15 minutes of a break and stretch.

It’s time for more talks to choose from! These also go into the same categories as before, but are about different topics. Attend the “We Want BAM!” session. Or The “Multiplying Outcomes is the Future of HR”.

Maybe you’d prefer the “Top 10 Legal Cases of 2023”. Or choose to go to the “Proving Behavior Change in Leadership Development” session.

After it, from 2:45 PM to 3:30 PM there will be another well-deserved break.

Finally, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, it’s the Closing Keynote titled “Creating an Environment Where People Want to Work”. You can’t miss this. Look at the title; it seems super important.

Ty Bennett

Ty Bennett is an entrepreneur, a keynote speaker and a best-selling author. He studied entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University. Since then, he has gained a lot of experience and built an impressive career.

He’s been a keynote speaker for different companies including American Express, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Revelry Agency, and Coldwell Banker Real Estate.

He’s also the “[…] Owner & CEO of the largest Ninja Warrior Gym in the world”. During their twenties, “Ty and his brother built a direct sales business to over $20 million in annual revenues…”

He has also founded Leadership Inc, “[…] a speaking and training company with a mission to empower individuals and organizations”.

As if that weren’t enough, he’s writing three best-selling books. One is “Partnership is the New Leadership”. Another one is titled “The Power of Influence: Increase Your Income and Personal Impact”. And finally, “The Power of Storytelling: The Art of Influential Communication”.

He’s also the host of the Relevant Leadership Podcast.

Shari Harley

Shari Harley has a great education. She got her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis. Then got her Master of Arts in Applied Communication at University of Denver. And became a Certified Speaking Professional by the National Speakers Association.

She has a great career, where she’s built a lot of skills. Some of her jobs include being a Training Specialist at American Century Investments. As well as an Associate Vice President of Training and Organizational Development at OppenheimerFunds.

She also worked as an Instructor of Leadership Development at The University of Denver.

She’s also the President and Founder of Candid Culture, “[…] an international training and consulting firm bringing candor back to the work place…”

She’s spoken and trained in many different places around the world, including Thailand, Dubai and Australia!

Oh, and let’s not forget, she’s also an author! Her book is “How to Say Anything to Anyone”.
