About Houston Relocation Professionals
Houston Relocation Professionals (HRP) is an organization that aims to educate about the relocation and Human resources industries. As well as create networking opportunities. It was founded by global mobility professionals. It was built on good foundations that back up their knowledge and expertise. Now, there are over 200 members that also are professionals in the mobility industry. So, the quality of the organization continues to this day.
If you want to be a part of this amazing organization, become a member. There’s a “free annual HRP membership upon application approval” for all corporate members. And for service providers there’s an annual membership of $125. But wait, it gets better!
There are different benefits to being a member. You’ll be a part of the “most active relocation professional organization in the country”. You’ll also get a lower cost for the HRP annual Spring and Fall educational Seminar, as well as for their many different events throughout the year. You can apply anytime, but we recommend you do it in January. This is because the membership lasts one year, with the renewal starting on January 1st.
Another way of participating in this organization is by being a sponsor. There are many sponsorship opportunities, so you can choose the package of your preference.
There’s the Web Sponsorship of $250. It includes the benefit of having your company name and logo on the HRP website. There’s also the Gold Level Sponsorship that costs $500. One of the benefits is getting sponsorship is recognition by the president of the HRP at the annual spring and fall events. The Platinum Level Sponsorship of $1500 has a ton of benefits for you, including an HRP membership for free.
Finally, there’s the Diamond Level Sponsorship, which costs $2500. They limit this sponsorship to only two per year. This one also has many benefits, including two free annual HRP memberships. Sponsorship closes by February, but keep an eye out for when they open it again. If you’re interested, just fill out a sponsorship form.

The HRP Game Day with the Astros! event will reunite relocation professionals for the Houston Astros vs the New York Mets game. This is a public game, but the HRP attendees will have a special space in the Jackie Robinson 42 Club Level area before and during the game. So, you can start networking and making new business contacts in a fun environment before the game.
There will also be a buffet. So you’ll get three main benefits from this event: watch an incredible baseball game, eat delicious food, and network with colleagues. What a crazy and cool combination!
HRP has partnered with Candlelighters to invite their kids and families to the event. Plus, all sponsorship dollars will support Candlelighters. Remember that Candlelighters is an amazing organization that aims to help children with cancer and their families.
The ASTROnomical Swag Bag sponsorship is already sold, but you can still be a Grand Slam Sponsor. If you choose to do it, you’ll be sponsoring a Candlelighter family so they can go to the event. It costs $500 and it’s a great cause.
They believe the game will be sold out because everybody wants to see the 2022 World Series Champion, Houston Astros, in action. That’s why the sooner you reserve your space, the better.
Registration is open until June 16th. It costs $100 for HRP members and $140 for HRP non-members. Take into account that there will be no refunds after the registration closes.
