Our live online language training offers the same proven methodology as onsite instruction, delivered through one-on-one or small group virtual sessions. Employees work directly with a native-speaker instructor who adapts lessons to their needs, role, and schedule.
Online training is just as effective as in-person learning because what matters most is live interaction, not physical location. Relevant conversations, real accountability, and personal coaching drive progress far more than prerecorded software.

Employees choose lesson times that fit their schedule. Before classes begin, they complete a short needs assessment covering goals such as meetings, presentations, pronunciation, writing, or cultural awareness.
During the first session, the instructor identifies priorities and sets three-month goals, which are shared with HR or managers. Progress reports are delivered quarterly, and goals are adjusted as skills improve.
The curriculum evolves continuously. Each lesson reflects what the employee needs most right now, ensuring training remains practical and cost-effective. Growth typically begins within the first week.
We recommend at least 26 hours of instruction, with strongest results seen at 52 hours or more. Many professionals continue for 100 to 200 hours to reach advanced or near-native fluency.
