Corporate Language Training
FAQs
How Our Program Works
Frequently Asked Questions
Investing in corporate language training should feel clear, structured, and measurable. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our customized business language programs and exactly what your team can expect.
How Long is each Lesson?
Online lessons typically run 60 minutes.
In-person lessons usually range from 1 to 2 hours, depending on your company’s preferences and scheduling needs.
We help you choose the format and duration that best supports focus, retention, and long-term progress.
How Many Lessons Per Week are Recommended?
This depends on how quickly you want to see progress.
An intensive format of 4 or more hours per week accelerates results. However, most employees find that 2 hours per week is realistic and sustainable while still delivering steady improvement.
We will recommend a structure based on your timeline and communication priorities.
What if an Employee is Fluent but has a Strong Accent?
In this case, we recommend our American Accent Training program.
This course focuses only on the specific pronunciation patterns that interfere with clarity. Every minute of instruction targets high-impact sound adjustments, rhythm, and intonation.
The goal is not to eliminate identity. The goal is to increase ease of understanding in professional settings.
What Platform do you use for Online Training?
We conduct sessions on Zoom or Skype, depending on your company’s preference. Both platforms allow for screen sharing, document review, and interactive exercises.
How do you Track Progress?
- A1–A2: Beginner to Elementary
- B1–B2: Intermediate to Upper Intermediate
- C1–C2: Advanced to Near Native
B2 represents professional proficiency.
C1 and above supports high-confidence communication in English-only professional environments.
In addition to formal testing, we measure real-world performance improvements such as presentation clarity, email quality, and meeting participation.
What will my Employees Learn?
Every program is customized around real workplace communication.
Before training begins, we speak with both management and the employee to identify communication gaps, performance goals, and industry-specific needs. From there, we design lessons that directly support job performance.
Training may include:
- Accent and pronunciation refinement
- Presentation preparation
- Email clarity and professional writing
- Industry terminology and technical vocabulary
- Meeting participation and confidence
- Fluency and clarity of ideas
- Cultural communication awareness
We also use your employee’s real meetings, emails, reports, and upcoming presentations as lesson material whenever possible. This allows for immediate application and measurable return on investment.
Do you provide Progress Meetings?
Yes. This is a core part of how we operate.
We schedule quarterly feedback meetings with management and separate meetings with employees. When needed, we also gather feedback from colleagues who work closely with the learner.
Every three months, you receive customized progress reports outlining:
- Goals set
- Goals achieved
- Communication improvements observed
- New three-month objectives
How will we be Billed?
Billing is monthly.
We are also flexible and can work with your internal accounting structure if needed.
Do we have to Sign a Contract?
Yes.
Language development requires consistency. Just like any skill, fluency builds through structured, repeated practice over time.
We recommend a minimum of 26 hours of training. Strong, lasting results typically begin around 52 hours. Most professionals aiming for C1+ level complete between 100 and 200 hours to polish accent, writing, and executive-level clarity.

How our customized business language training delivers results.
There is no one-size-fits-all corporate language training program. Every employee has different communication strengths, job demands, and growth goals.
We supplement training with modern materials such as business media, interviews, podcasts, and industry-relevant content. Homework is practical, manageable, and aligned with professional needs.
Most professionals begin around the B2 level. Reaching C1+ requires refinement of accent, executive-level vocabulary, structured argumentation, and advanced writing skills.
With consistent instruction and application, employees build confidence that directly impacts performance, leadership presence, and client relationships.
